Loanforworkingcapital,LetterofCredit(L/C),tradefinanceandelectronicnotes,whichwillnotexceedRMB90million,tobeprovidedbyHuai’anQingJiangpuBranchofAgriculturalBankofChina,withacredittermfromOct10th2026toApr9th2028.3.
