Corporate Profile 公司簡介 Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery, the predecessor of ZCZL Industrial Technology Group Company Limited (the “Company” or “ZCZL”, together with its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as the “Group”) was established in 1958, and incorporated in the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”) on 6 November 2002 as a limited liability company and incorporated in the PRC as a joint stock company with limited liability on 28 December 2008. The Company’s A shares were listed on the Main Board of Shanghai Stock Exchange on 3 August 2010. The Company’s H shares were listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) on 5 December 2012. The Group is the world’s largest supplier of comprehensive coal mining technology as well as equipment, and an internationally leading automotive parts manufacturer. Its business encompasses multiple segments including coal mining machinery, automotive parts, industrial intelligence, and investment. The Group has 31 production, R&D and sales bases located in 17 countries worldwide, with over 16,000 employees. The principal business of the Group’s coal mining machinery segment is the R&D, design, production, sales and full life-cycle services of complete sets of equipment for integrated coal mining working faces. Its products are used by major coal industry groups throughout the country and have been exported to the United States, Australia, Türkiye, India, Vietnam and other countries. The coal mine hydraulic support with the highest supporting height and the highest resistance globally, the first domestically-produced complete set and intelligent equipment for integrated mining supplied by an individual manufacturer and the first domestically-produced exported complete set equipment for integrated mining were all independently researched, developed and manufactured by the Group, and the market share of the Group’s hydraulic supports ranks first in the industry. The Group’s automotive parts segment has a brand matrix encompassing SEG, SES and ASIMCO, among others. Our products mainly cover two major fields: commercial vehicles and passenger cars, providing core components such as power systems, thermal management systems, chassis systems, sealing systems, drive systems and new energy electric drive systems. Through a comprehensive product portfolio, the Group continues to provide efficient and reliable technical solutions for the commercial vehicle and passenger car markets. The Group’s industrial intelligence segment focuses on the needs of industrial intelligence and digital transformation, providing integrated services of “intelligent mining & intelligent factory”. In the smart mining sector, it provides customers with a one-stop solution from intelligent working faces to smart mines and from underground intelligent mining to open-pit intelligent mining, supporting unmanned and reduced-manpower mining operations. In the intelligent factory sector, the Group has built a complete capability to deliver integrated software and hardware solutions through solution-based services, providing core modules such as intelligent production line transformation, intelligent warehousing and logistics, manufacturing execution systems and advanced production scheduling systems to customers in industries such as mechanical processing, automotive parts, shipping and steel structures.
