1.FullResumptionofProductionatProductionBases
Duringthereportingperiod,theCompanyadheredtotheprincipleof"safetyfirst,efficiency-focused,andresults-oriented",strengthenedcorporatemanagement,andcoordinatedeffortstoresumeproductionandoperationsatitsproductionbases.ThemanagementandstaffofZhanjiangChenming,togetherwiththesupport teams designated by the Group, worked collaboratively to overcome challenges, efficientlycompletingkeytasksincludingfundraising,equipmentmaintenance,rawmaterialprocurement,andproductionbase.Asaresult,allfivemajorproductionbasesoftheCompanyinShouguang,Zhanjiang,Huanggang,JiangxiandJilinhavenowfullyresumedproduction.Goingforward,theCompanywillcontinuetostrengthencostreductionandefficiencyenhancementacrosstheentireproductionprocess,acceleratedevelopmentofafullrangeofnewproducts,andcoordinateeffortstoadvanceproductionandoperations,reformandinnovation,andteambuilding.TheCompanywillstrivetoimproveoperatingperformance,steadilymitigatedebtrisks,andpromotesustainable,stable,andhigh-qualitydevelopment.Fordetails,pleaserefertotherelevantannouncementdisclosedbytheCompanyonCNINFOon14March2026(AnnouncementNo.:2026-004)andtheannouncementdisclosedonthewebsiteoftheHongKongStockExchangeon16March2026.
