Inthefirsthalfof2026,theCompanyfocusedonthehotandcoldbusiness,deeplycultivatedtheCompanyachievedanoperatingrevenueof2,179.67millionyuan,adecreaseof8.62%year-on-year;Thenetprofitattributabletotheshareholdersofthelistedcompanywas47.14millionyuan,adecreaseof39.98%year-on-year,mainlyduetotherisingpricesofrawmaterialsandintensifiedmarketcompetition.
Duringthereportingperiod,theCompany'ssubsidiary,BingshanEngineering,continuedtodeepenitsfocusinnichemarkets.Intheproductsector,itactivelyservedhigh-endclients,securingcontractsforseveralhigh-standardprojectssuchasthosefortheThreeMajorOilCompaniesandChengxinChemical.Intheengineeringsector,itundertookkeyprojectsincludingtheTaizhouJiaojiangFishTown,ZhengzhouDahanHuiji,GuangzhouJiangnanFruitandVegetable,andShandongLinqingAgriculturalProductprojects.Intheenergysector,ordersforenergystoragethermalmanagementandCCUScontinuedtobesigned.Duringthereportingperiod,theCompany'ssubsidiary,BingshanGuardian'sCold&HeatSystem,achievednewmilestonesinintelligentenergy-savingcontrol.Thenext-generationModelPredictiveControl(MPC)algorithmwassuccessfullyimplementedinBingshan'scoldand heat equipment applications, progressing steadily.
